Step 1: Find a Job in Bulgaria
- You must first secure a job offer from a Bulgarian employer.
- The employer must prove that there are no suitable EU/EEA candidates for the role.
- Jobs are available in construction, agriculture, hospitality, IT, and manufacturing.
Step 2: Employer Applies for a Work Permit
- Your employer in Bulgaria applies for a work permit on your behalf at the Bulgarian Employment Agency.
- They need to submit:
- Your passport copy
- Job contract
- Educational qualifications

- Processing takes up to 2 months.
