1. Employment Pass (EP):

  • Additional Information: EP holders earning a fixed monthly salary above a certain threshold may be eligible to bring immediate family members to Singapore. They are also eligible to apply for permanent residency.

 

2. S Pass:

  • Target Group: Mid-level skilled workers.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • A job offer in Singapore.
    • A degree or diploma relevant to the job.
    • A minimum fixed monthly salary, subject to prevailing requirements.
  • Additional Information: The S Pass is subject to a quota system, limiting the number of S Pass holders a company can employ. Holders earning above a specified salary can apply for Dependant’s Passes for immediate family members.

 

 

 

3. Work Permit for Foreign Worker:

  • Target Group: Semi-skilled or unskilled workers in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process, or services.

  • Additional Information: Work Permits are subject to sector-specific quotas and levy requirements. Holders are generally not permitted to bring family members to Singapore and are not eligible for permanent residency.
